Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport for everyone developing grace , coordination, ability and artistry. Its always performed to music with gymnast using one of the apparatus : rope, ball, hoop, clubs or ribbon.

Behind the flawless beauty of the sport lies a complex combination of high criteria and firm requirements of the content of the routines and the degrees of difficulty involved ,pus the techniques of handling the apparatus.

there are two types of competitions in Rhythmic gymnastics : Individual and groups. Both are Olympic disciplines .

Rhythmic Gymnastics is practiced in all over the world with many competitions through the year.
